 :o The reagent we used to form halobenzene(benzene ring connected to a halogen)  is by adding alkylhalide BUT  we can not use a vinil or arayl halide...Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy????  ???  ???

I think you're talking about a Friedel-Crafts alkylation here? Aromatic (aryl) halides and vinylic halides do not react because aryl and vinylic carbocations are too high in energy to form under Friedel Crafts conditions.
