We had a lab in class on Friday and we used a spectrophotometer to measure the transmittance of a certain substance at different wavelengths.  Tomorrow, Monday, November 12, we have to do a post-lab using the data we collected to find the frequency and some other information that I am not sure of at the moment, but I am not very good with memorizing formulas, and I was wondering if somebody could fill me in on some information that I may need to know for this post-lab.  Thanks a lot.

It would to know what particular aspects you're studying now, for example atomic structure, spectrophotometric analysis, Beer's Law...
