I have two questions please:

A given hydrocarbon is converted completely to water and carbon dioxide and the mole ratio of water to carbon dioxide is 1.33:1.00. The hydrocarbon COULD be
    CH4
   C2H4
   C2H6
   C3H4
   C4H8
   None of these.

   Question 2  10 points    Save
b023: Acetaldehyde has the formula CH3CHO. Let it undergo combustion. How many moles of oxygen gas are needed for each mole of acetaldehyde?
    1
   1.5
   2
   2.5
   3
   3.5
   4
   4.5

Have you a balanced equation to help you out?
Do you know how to balance simple hydrocarbon combustion equations?

We're here to help you (which we are most willing to do), but not do it for you.
