Ive seen at lest three different structure versions of caffeine around the internet.

Chemistry daily lists it as:



Wiki is:


and on various coffee mugs and shirts:



Every site seems to reference another site... What is actually correct?

Both of them are correct and same also .
There is no difference in the structures you have shown posted here.

OK. I see. I was thinking so, but was not sure if it was kosher to just flip H3C into CH3.
