What is the concentration of H3O+ (same thing as H+) in a solution that is 2.63 M HNO3?

since the concentration is > 0, you don't need to take the - log. Just take the log(H3O+) = [H3O+]. Taking the -log will give a negative concentration, which isn't reasonable here
