You need to use the Ideal gas equation to calculate the moles of S: PV = nRT rearranged to give n = RT/PV (make sure that your units for R and your volume, pressure, and temperature units are compatible.)
The moles of SO2 will be the same as the moles of S in the ore.
Convert moles of S to mass using the molar mass of S (32 g/mol).
Percent = mass of the S / mass of the ore x 100
